GWR Compensation Rules

Great Western Railway operates the Delay Repay 15 scheme. Here is what you are entitled to:

15 - 29 minutes 25% of ticket cost 12.5% of ticket cost
30 - 59 minutes 50% of ticket cost 25% of ticket cost

* Season ticket holders receive a proportional refund based on the value of a single journey.
